FORUM acted for the seller of a major award-winning hotel in Cumbria.

Broadoaks Country House Hotel, which overlooks Lake Windermere, sold for close to the £2.5 Mil asking price.

The five-star, Michelin-recommended property is an 1830s Victorian mansion made of Lakeland stone set in 10 acres of grounds in the Troutbeck Valley (known locally as God’s Valley).

The hotel has scooped many accolades from Johansens, RAC Blue Ribbon, the AA and Les Routiers.
