FORUM acted for the seller of a splendid detached Victorian hotel and former restaurant.

Eardley’s Hotel (www.eardleyshotel.co.uk) was established for over 30 years and during this time many famous faces stayed at the friendly hotel including ABBA, Timothy Dalton and Honor Blackman. The business, which had 6 letting bedrooms and a 46 cover restaurant, was sold close to the asking price of £515,000.

The eventual buyer was the adjacent school The Priory Academy LSST School. It is not known yet what this high-achieving foundation school intends to do with the property.
